My Personal Affirmations is a Fun Family-Run Business and we are just like you! Above all we value our family, our time, our wellness, our TRAVELS our NOW. For those reasons and with these values in mind we recently took the opportunity to discover Montego Bay, Jamaica and enjoy a little R&R. That’s where we savored some of the most beautiful culture, music sand and sea in the world. In addition the ever-living sounds of Bob Marley’s music permeated the atmosphere and the air was redolent of Jamaican Jerk Chicken! What a treat for our senses. Nothing topped the genuine Jamaican humor, smiles, island pride and meekness however.

Guys, we love to work hard and we love to play even harder! In anticipation to our trip we recorded a fun, catchy island tune we titled Vacation Medication. It’s available for streaming and for purchase in most music platforms. Stream it HERE

It only took us a day to record the entire sound track. Having assembled our vacation footage literally the next night after our arrival back home we were teeming with excitement to share it with you!
