HERE IS THE GIST TO MANIFEST AND WHAT MOST PEOPLE DON’T GET ABOUT WHAT YOU TRULY NEED TO DO TO MANIFEST A THING:

LIVE IN THE END. See and feel yourself already being or having the thing. Feel this way every day. See yourself in your heart this way every day. Do not waiver.
When you see yourself being or having whatever it is DO NOT (I REPEAT DO NOT) SEE YOURSELF LIKE YOU WOULD ON A TV SCREEN, you know as if you were watching a movie in your mind of the thing happening to you. YOU MUST see and feel yourself occupying the role from the perspective of the first person. I hope that makes sense. In other words, if one proof that your desire has already been fulfilled would be that someone you know would congratulate you, see that specific person directly in front of you shaking your hand (from your point of view) and HEAR a small phrase that that person would say to you if you had already fulfilled your wish. No need to complicate it beyond that.
THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT ONE: STIR UP YOUR HEART TO FEEL THE FEELING(S) YOU WOULD FEEL IF RIGHT AT THIS MOMENT YOU WERE HEARING THOSE CONTRAGULATORY WORDS AND SHAKING THAT PERSON’S HAND. 

FEELING the thing as though it were happening NOW and hearing and words and shaking the hand now (in your imagination) as if it were happening right now IS THE SECRET.

How do you truly manifest your desires? Follow these instructions:

When you do the imagination exercises, try and FIND A PLACE WHERE YOU CAN RELAX AND CLOSE YOUR EYES BUT NOT FALL ASLEEP. Then once you have felt those tingles that you would get if you really felt the feeling, COMPLETELY DROP IT. It’s done at that point. There is nothing more you need to do. It will come to pass. You actually will not be able to reverse it from happening at that point. SO be careful what you imagine and feel in this way. IF YOU’RE DOING IT ON BEHALF OF SOMEONE ELSE, PLEASE ONLY FEEL FOR THEM A GOOD THING YOU WOULD WANT SOMEONE TO FEEL FOR YOU. It’s like giving a gift. If you feel a feeling on behalf of a friend and they don’t “want that gift, good or bad”, that gift will be returned to you (good or bad). That is why the word says “do unto others” except that most people don’t realize that what you do to someone in your imagination, good or bad, has consequences on you the thinker. God knows the intent of the heart and gives back to us the GOOD gifts we send out that others did not want to accept and he also gives back to us the bad gifts we gave others in our imagination because they also don’t accept that bad thing regarding themselves.

5 Simple & Highly Effective Ways To Motivate Yourself

You deserve to be successful! If you’re struggling with how to motivate yourself whether due to the novel Corona Virus pandemic, dealing with self-esteem issues, or just looking for some clarity, we’ve compiled some of our best advice in this article. Motivating yourself is actually quite simple! Let’s get into it.

1. Vividly imagine your success

One of the most crucial parts of success is being able to close your eyes and incorporate different senses as you picture yourself where you want to be. According to teacher/author Neville Goddard (1905-1972), construct an event in your mind that would take place if your vision for yourself has already been realized. For instance, imagine yourself having a nice dinner to celebrate your new job offer, or imagine a friend giving you a hug to congratulate you. Neville says:

“Participate in the imaginary action, not merely stand back and look on, but FEEL that you are actually performing the action, so that the imaginary sensation is real to you.” What does that dinner taste like? When you hug your friend, are they wearing cologne/perfume? What does that smell like? 2. Use location-based reminders

As important as all of the advice in #1 is, you won’t motivate yourself without organization. One of the best ways to stay on top of things is to leverage location-based reminders. There are some fantastic apps for this; see below for our top picks:

Amazon Alexa

Amazon’s Alexa app offers a wide-range of functionality. The app is useful for more than just location-based services, but this feature proves to be one of the most useful. The app allows you to hone in to your reminder location as close as 500 feet! Consider how handy this might be if you’re walking. Note: you will need to create an Amazon account in order to use the app, but doing so is free.

The only downside, however, is that Apple has made it impossible for iOS users to interact with Alexa without opening the app; see our next pick for an experience better suited to iPhone, iPad and Mac users.

For Android users, developer RainLabs created an app for you to pair with your Amazon Alexa app. Download the Reverb app to enable voice commands without having to open Amazon Alexa!

Apple Reminders

Similarly, Apple’s Reminders app allows iOS users to access location-based reminders like Alexa.  In order to access these services, however, you must enable Location Services for the app. Simply open the Settings app, scroll down and tap Privacy, and at the top you will see Location Services. 4. Get better sleep

The topic of sleep has been a controversial one. Entertainer Steve Harvey gave a speech back in May 2019 where he’s quoted as saying, “rich people don’t sleep”. This caused a ripple of backlash on Twitter with many people calling Harvey’s comments “irresponsible”.

On the other hand, Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos has been cited as saying he prioritizes getting 8 hours of sleep each night in order to better make “high-quality decisions”.

Numerous successful people have claimed to get just 6 hours of shuteye a night, including Kelly Ripa, Elon Musk and Tim Armstrong. That being said, many have also built lucrative careers on a full night’s sleep including LeBron James, Tobias Lutke and Bill Gates. 

While it is possible that your body may only need 6 hours a night, this is extremely rare. According to ABC News, researchers at the University of California-San Francisco discovered that this would be due to a mutation of the gene DEC2, which governs circadian rhythm.

 The article goes on to explain that only 3% of people have this gene mutation; make sure you are being honest with yourself! If sleeping less allows you to work more, you may still be less productive than if you commit to 8 hours a night. For most people, this is what allows their mind and body to perform optimally.

5. Eat right

This one seems like a no-brainer, but did you know harmful ingredients are more common today than ever before? According to an article by The Guardian, our food supply has increased dramatically, but the nutritional value has decreased significantly. Here are some fast facts from that article you should know:

• In the US and UK, more than half of calorie intake consists of ultra-processed foods (57.9% for the US, 50.4% for the UK)
• Refined vegetable oils (soybean oil, peanut oil, corn oil etc.) add massive amounts of calories to our diets and have become much more popular over the last 50 years
• Amsterdam is the first rich city in the world to reduce childhood obesity through the Amsterdam healthy weight programme, in which the contents of peoples’ diets are challenged, but also the mindset of the consumer is encouraged towards healthier lifestyle choices.

Above all, your focus should be on balance. No diet is perfect, and deciding what to eat should not take up too much of your time and energy. The occasional Big Mac or instant ramen won’t hurt you, but make sure you eat lots of lean proteins, fruits, veggies, and whole grains. By filling up on these nutrient-dense foods, you’re allowing your body and mind to perform at optimal levels (thus improving your motivation!)

Nothing topped the genuine Jamaican humor, smiles, island pride and meekness however.
